Offshore Deep Sea Charter Fishing Trips
Choose a 4-hour, 5-hour, 6-hour, 8-hour or 10-hour fishing charter, or a 10-hour Swordfish Charter.
4-Hour Charter – Patch Reef & Yellowtail Snapper Fishing
The 4-hour charter is perfect for novice anglers, families, and young fishermen looking for a fun and action-packed trip. This excursion focuses on patch reef fishing or specifically targeting Yellowtail Snapper, a sustainable fishery known for its exciting bite and delicious table fare.
We chum heavily along the reef edge, creating a feeding frenzy for nonstop action. This trip is a great way to fill the cooler while experiencing the most diverse fishing our waters have to offer. In addition to snapper, these reefs hold a variety of species, and you may even encounter barracudas and sharks for an added thrill!
Since patch reefs are closer to shore, the waters are typically more protected than the outer reef or offshore areas, making for a smoother ride. However, we always keep a sharp eye out for opportunities—if the conditions are right, we may even switch things up and go after a Sailfish!
Looking for a fun, affordable way to get on the water? This is the trip for you!

5-Hour Charter – Extended Half-Day Fishing
Our 5-hour charter builds on the action of the 4-hour trip, giving you extra time to fill the cooler and target seasonal species. During the winter months, we may focus on Sailfish and Wahoo, while in the spring, we can catch bait while Yellowtail Snapper fishing before going after Amberjack.
Spring and fall are also great times to head offshore for Tuna, and in the summer, this trip offers a chance to chase Mahi. If we don’t already have live bait pinned up, we can catch some before hitting the wrecks for Mutton Snapper and Grouper, when in season (Grouper season: May 1 – Dec 31).
6-Hour Charter – One of Our Most Popular Trips!
Our 6-hour charter is a top choice for anglers looking for quality fish and plenty of action. With this amount of time, we often head offshore to target Mahi, Tuna, and more, depending on the season. If conditions allow, we can deep drop for Yelloweye and Vermilion Snapper or fish the deep wrecks, ledges, and upwellings like the Key Largo Hump.
This trip offers a well-rounded experience, perfect for those looking to mix in offshore action with bottom fishing for a variety of species!
8 & 10-Hour Deep Sea Fishing Charters – The Ultimate Fishing Adventure
For those looking to land a boat load and bring home fish to stock the freezer, our 8 and 10-hour charters are the way to go. These trips are ideal in the summer months when Mahi are running, giving us plenty of time to work multiple schools and hunt for a trophy catch.
While offshore, we rely on key indicators to locate fish—things like floating debris, diving birds, sargassum patches, and current rips. These signs often lead us to baitfish, which in turn attract predatory game fish.
We can also combine elements of other charters to maximize your time on the water, tailoring the trip to your goals and the best fishing opportunities available.
10-Hour Daytime Swordfish Charter
For anglers seeking the ultimate challenge, our 10-hour daytime swordfish charter offers the chance to land a true trophy. Swordfish are known as the hardest-fighting billfish, with battles that can last for hours.
These prized fish are found in deep waters worldwide and are highly valued for their exceptional food quality—even smaller catches yield an impressive amount of steak! In the local waters, we target swordfish at depths ranging from 1,200 to 1,800 feet.
We fish with two electric reels—the jug rod and the tip rod—allowing us to cover multiple depths simultaneously. Your level of involvement is up to you, whether you prefer to be hands-on at the reels or take a shot with the harpoon!
For those looking to preserve their catch, I partner with Grays Taxidermy, offering a variety of options to immortalize your trophy, from full mounts to bill and tail displays.
Ready for the fight of a lifetime? Let’s make it happen!
A Flexible, Adaptive Approach to Charter Fishing
Every charter is subject to change based on weather, conditions, and fish activity. We discuss a game plan before departure, but sometimes adapting on the fly leads to the most successful day. Our goal is to give you the best experience possible, and we’re always happy to discuss the day’s options to ensure a productive and memorable trip!
